Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms govern use of the getPersona.md service (website, API, MCP connectors, and related features, the “Service”) operated by goodtek Inc. ((주)굿텍, the “Company”).
2. Definitions
- User: a person or organization that accepts these Terms and uses the Service
- Account: credentials created to access the Service
- Persona: a role / voice / instruction unit created, linked, or stored in the Service
- Content: text, settings, logs, and other materials you submit or generate
3. Changes
We may update these Terms as allowed by law. Material changes will be noticed in-product or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
4. Accounts & security
- Provide accurate registration information; do not impersonate others.
- You are responsible for passwords, API keys, and OAuth tokens.
- Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Where email verification is required, some features stay locked until verified.
5. The Service
We provide persona creation requests, storage, catalog flows, and API/MCP access. The Service is provided “as is.” Features, UI, limits, and pricing may change with notice. We may suspend service for maintenance, outages, or events beyond our control.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not violate law, these Terms, or others’ rights.
- No malware, abuse, unauthorized scraping, attacks, or impersonation.
- Do not treat model output as professional medical, legal, or financial advice, or use the Service for illegal, hateful, or fraudulent content.
- No child sexual exploitation or other clearly illegal material.
7. Content & IP
You retain rights to your Content. We may host, process, and back it up as needed to run, secure, and improve the Service and to meet legal duties. getPersona.md branding, UI, software, and docs remain Company IP.
8. Paid plans & limits
If paid plans or quotas apply, the checkout or plan notice controls. Free tiers may still have fair-use limits.
9. Disclaimers & liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising from the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior three months (or zero if none), except for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Termination
You may request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate for Terms violations, prolonged inactivity, or legal risk, with notice where practical.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts at the Company’s principal place of business have exclusive first-instance jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
