1. Overview
goodtek Inc. ((주)굿텍, the “Company”) processes personal data to operate getPersona.md. This Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights.
2. Data we collect
- Account: name, email, hashed password, verification status, social login identifiers (e.g. Google, GitHub)
- Usage: personas/settings/create-request inputs, API/MCP activity, device and browser data, IP addresses, logs
- Billing: if paid features launch, payment processors handle card data; we keep only what we need for the account
- Support: messages you send to our support inbox
3. Purposes
- Registration, authentication, login, and account security
- Storing and syncing personas; providing API/MCP access
- Improving the Service, debugging, and abuse prevention
- Required notices (policy changes, security)
- Legal compliance
4. Processors & sharing
We use trusted processors for hosting, email delivery (e.g. Workspace SMTP), and OAuth providers (Google, GitHub). We do not sell personal data for marketing. We may disclose data when required by law.
5. Retention
We delete or anonymize data after account deletion requests without undue delay, except where law requires longer retention (kept separately). Security logs are kept for a reasonable period, then deleted or anonymized.
6. International transfers
Infrastructure or sub-processors may be outside your country. We apply safeguards required by applicable law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent via account settings or hello@goodtek.xyz. Some requests may be limited by legal duties.
8. Cookies
We use cookies or similar tech for sessions, security, and basic preferences. Blocking cookies may break sign-in.
9. Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, access controls, and monitoring. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 14. If we learn we collected such data, we delete it.
11. Changes
We post updates here and provide advance notice for material changes.
